Please provide attendee details in writing. • Organiser Changes: If we cancel or significantly reschedule, you will receive a full transfer, credit, or refund per Australian Consumer Law. Our services include guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. Platform fees may be non-refundable if retained by the third-party provider.
