Beginner Sewing Workshop

Join us for a fun, hands-on Beginner Sewing Workshop and learn the basics to start your sewing journey! Beginner Sewing Workshop Always wanted to learn how to sew but didn’t know where to start? Join me for a relaxed, hands-on Beginner Sewing Workshop designed for complete beginners. Over three hours, I’ll guide you through the basics of using a sewing machine so you can leave feeling more confident and comfortable sewing on your own. We’ll cover how to set up and thread your machine, wind and insert a bobbin, understand basic stitches, sew straight lines and corners, work with seam allowances, and troubleshoot some of the common little things that can go wrong when you’re first learning. You’ll also have the opportunity to put your new skills into practice with a simple sewing project to take home. Bring your own sewing machine so you can learn on the machine you’ll be using at home, or select the option to use one provided on the day. No previous sewing experience is needed — this workshop is designed for anyone who has always wanted to learn in a relaxed, supportive and creative environment.
