Facilitated by Soul Motion Teachers Kate Marie Mutsaers and Stewart Pryor, It explores the theme of Belonging across the relational landsacapes of self (one), each other (duo), community (group), and spirit ('all-one')... Come and be led through a movement and dance journey that encouages you to come home to yourself and announce your place in the family of things. Come with your 'Whole-Selves'... No fitting in is needed...you are enough just as you are. Just bring your willingness to move with the Ebb and Flow of Be-Longing, trusting, that you will find your way back Home to what you are Longing to Be. What is Soul Motion?: Soul Motion is a somatic movement and free-form dance practice encouraging us to "be with" the breadth of the human experience. It emphasises the movement platforms of: Pause Presence Orbit Orientation, and Echo Inspiritation These platforms provide infinite exploration for our dance practice and help us expand our capacity for presence, connection and wonderment. Through continued exploration of the body as a resource, Soul Motion brings forth insights into how we can live an embodied and inspired life in our everyday worlds... one dance after another... after another.
