Welcome to the Brothers WA Trigg Men's Circle 🙌 An inclusive place for men to connect, grow and support one another through life. Join us as we circle up and speak from the heart, learn different ways to cope with life and engage in some light movement exercises to anchor us into the body. Not to mention enjoying a warm cup of heart-opening cacao ❤️🔥 • WHEN: 7:15pm - (doors open 7pm) - Every second Monday (Fortnightly) • WHERE: Surfing WA Venue, Trigg • COST: First time is FREE. $20 for returning Men All contributions go towards venue hire, supplies and expanding our reach within the community. Feel free to invite a brother who may be seeking support or connection. We look forward to seeing you soon 😎 *** These spaces are not therapy sessions - we have ample referral services available to those who may need further professional/clinical support.
