Chair Workshop with Dr. Jae West This two-hour workshop is designed for anyone wanting to drop into their sass and sensuality. Blending mind-body awareness, and choreography, we'll explore how to move beyond simply performing an emotion and instead embody it (with the assistance of a chair!). Together we'll explore: • The difference between performing and embodying emotion. • Where authentic confidence and sass comes from. • Choreography to Purr by Slayyyter Together we'll let go of perfection, embrace play, and celebrate the joy of movement together. Come curious, leave expressively, embodied. Logistics Thursday 19th Nov 6.30 - 8.30pm $55 (including booking fees) Strictly no refunds, if you're unable to make it, you're welcome to pass the ticket to someone else.
