Code of Practice: Train the Trainer Program

The Train the Trainer Program is a two-day, in-person professional development workshop designed for specialised organisational practice leaders, implementors and supervisors who will champion the Code of Practice within their organisations by delivering the Practitioner Training Program. The program builds internal capability and sustainability by equipping implementors with pedagogical strategies, facilitation skills, and practical resources to deliver training aligned with the Code. It fosters reflective leadership and ensures that knowledge and confidence are cascaded across teams. Prerequisites include completion of both the eLearn module and Practitioner Training. Upon completion of the program, participants will receive all training materials associated with the Practitioner Training Program, along with ongoing access to the eLearn module.
