Ready to wrap up the year with good food, good company, and a whole lot of fun? END-OF-YEAR SOCIAL MIXER Join us on Saturday 28th November at 7pm at St Joseph’s Subiaco Parish Hall for our 2026 Social Mixer! It’s a great chance to unwind, enjoy some food and drinks, and celebrate the year with other Catholic young adults from all around Perth. There'll be plenty of time to mingle, and fun social games that make it easy to meet new people and strike up conversation. Whether you’ve been to plenty of our events or this is your very first one, you’ll fit right in! Come solo or bring a fellow single Catholic friend and enjoy an easy-going evening meeting like-minded Catholics! Light refreshments and finger food will be provided. Dress code: Smart Casual Neat and put-together, but comfortable. Are you Catholic (or thinking about becoming Catholic), single, between the ages of 20 and 35, and interested in connecting with other like-minded people in a social setting? If so, look no further! PURPOSE In today's world, it can be difficult for Catholic young adults to find like-minded people to connect with (not because there's something wrong with us - we're just a bit spread out!) This group aims to bridge that gap by providing a range of social events that bring people together from all across Perth to connect with others whom they might otherwise never cross paths with! RULES Members/attendees must: • uphold the Catholic ethos • be between 20 and 35 years of age (+/- 6 months is okay) • be single (ie. not married or in a relationship) TERMS & CONDITIONS Disclaimer This group functions as a club, not an organisation. As such, while the group's purpose is to foster connection with other like-minded people, the event organiser/s accept no responsibility for any adverse behaviour of other members/attendees in the group. Additionally, the event organiser/s accept no liability for any perceived or actual loss, or injury of any kind incurred at any of the Perth Catholic Singles events. Attendees/members of the group participate in events at their own risk. Ticketing & Attendance Tickets are gender-specific and non-transferable between categories to ensure even ratios. If a guest registers under the incorrect category, their ticket may be cancelled and refunded to maintain fairness. Because the events are completely run off volunteer effort, a small admin fee forms part of any ticket price to assist with the running costs of advertising and running these events. By purchasing a ticket and/or attending the event, you agree that you will not behave in a manner that is contrary to the Purpose or Rules of the group as outlined above. By purchasing a ticket and/or attending the event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the Terms & Conditions. Right to Refuse Entry Perth Catholic Singles reserves the right to refuse or cancel a person's registration or entry to an event where we reasonably believe that the person does not meet the event's eligibility requirements, has provided misleading or inaccurate information, has breached these Terms & Conditions, or where their attendance may negatively affect the safety, wellbeing or experience of other attendees. This may include cancelling tickets or refusing entry where a person has repeatedly breached ticket conditions or received serious complaints regarding their conduct. Perth Catholic Singles is not required to provide detailed reasons for such a decision. Photo & Video Policy By attending our events, you consent to Perth Catholic Singles taking photos and videos which may include your image/voice. These may be used for promotional purposes on our social media platforms and other event-related materials. We do not personally tag or identify individuals in any content we share. However, please note that: • Platforms like Facebook or Instagram may use facial recognition features outside of our control. • Your name may incidentally appear if it is displayed or spoken at the event (for example, on a scoreboard, team list, or in recorded audio). If you have specific concerns about being included in photos or videos, please let the organiser/s know before or at the start of the event — we’ll do our best to accommodate where reasonable. Refunds Policy Refunds are available up to 7 days before the event. After this point, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued. Please note that Eventbrite’s fees are non-refundable, even if a refund is issued. Refunds will also be provided if the event is cancelled or postponed and not rescheduled within 90 days. To request a refund, please contact us via Eventbrite. Refunds after the 7-day cutoff are not guaranteed and are considered only in exceptional circumstances at the organiser’s discretion. Privacy Policy When you purchase a ticket or attend a Perth Catholic Singles event, we collect your name, email address and mobile phone number. We use this information to manage your booking, contact you about your ticket when necessary, send feedback surveys and other relevant event communications, and keep an attendance record to determine eligibility for tickets available only to new attendees. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties. Your information is accessible only to the Perth Catholic Singles ministry team and is used only for the purposes described above. You may contact us at any time to request removal of your personal information from our records, subject to any information we reasonably need to retain for administrative purposes.
