European cheese making experience

Join Galleria Burrata and L’Atelier Gourmet Food for an intimate afternoon celebrating Italian cheesemaking and French gourmet food culture. During this hands-on 2-hour workshop, Galleria Burrata will guide you through the traditional process of making fresh mozzarella, stracciatella and burrata. You’ll make the cheese yourself, learn the techniques behind each cheese, and take home everything you make. While we celebrate Italian cheesemaking, L’Atelier Gourmet Food will bring a taste of France to the table with a beautiful grazing table featuring their classic French-style pâté and accompaniments. A glass of champagne is also included as we come together to celebrate European food, craftsmanship and good company.
