Evening Candlelight Women’s Circle

A candlelit evening of tea, reflection and meaningful connection. Slow down, meet new women and reconnect with yourself. September Candlelight Women’s Circle 🌙 Brought to you by Grounded By Roots in collaboration with Infinite Health Studios. An evening for young women to slow down, connect and come home to yourself. Join us for an intimate indoor Women’s Circle, held as the sun sets and we transition into the soft glow of candlelight. We’ll connect with eaother, gently move into a guided meditation, journaling and end with meaningful conversation in a sharing circle. Each circle will centre around a thoughtfully chosen theme — offering space to reflect, explore what’s present for you and share from the heart, if you feel called to. There is no pressure to share if you don't want to. This is a space for genuine connection — with yourself and with other women. Whether you come with a friend or arrive on your own, you’ll be warmly welcomed. It’s also a beautiful way to meet new people in a setting that encourages deeper, more meaningful conversations. No experience with meditation, journaling or women’s circles is needed. Simply come as you are. Majority of the women who come to our circles are new and come alone, so if you feel nervous that's ok, you aren't alone! Feel free to bring a friend if that's more comfortable. This is a judgement free zone. Infinite health studios has included gorgeous herbal teas and discounts on natropathic services for us to enjoy.
