FREEPLAY Workshop PLAYJAM - OCTOBER

✨🎤 Free your voice & Authentic Self-Expression Come play, explore, and freestyle free from judgement, shame, and shyness. Connect with a creative, supportive, and fun community. No right or wrong, just pure expression! THIS EDITION: PLAY JAM 3-hour immersive & guided collective creative experience. This time, we go beyond freestyle rap, bringing together different artistic tools to freestyle life. WHY? Because we need more spaces for creative freedom, to make “bad art,” experiment and play. PLAY benefits: • Mental flexibility. • Easier communication. • Discovering new exciting ways of expression. • Finding out your creative potential. • Connection: you, your voice, community. FOR WHO? All creatives needing improvisation to loosen the need to get things "right/perfect" and practice trusting your first creative impulse instead of controlling the outcome. What is Free-Play? = Intuition in motion. Freeplay is creating for the sake of exploring, without attachment to the result. It’s the spontaneous creative impulse we all have (like a child playing, a rapper freestyling, a jazz musician improvising, or an unrehearsed conversation). FOR WHAT? Free-play helps overcome creative blocks, perfectionism, and rigidity, unlocking authenticity, confidence, creativity, and self-expression. ✨ALL LEVELS WELCOME! (+18) ✨Dare to try it out: 100% students end up freestyling! Freestyle ACTIVITIES include: MEDITATION FREESTYLE PROMPTS DRAWING THEATER IMPROV MOVEMENT POETRY WRITING HIP-HOP BASICS SOCIOLOGICAL INSIGHTS (self and social awareness) Do I bring anything? • 👚 Comfy & warm clothes (we’ll be moving around!) • 💧 Water bottle • 📝 Journal + pen • 🙌 Open mind & ready to join in! You created such an awesome atmosphere that I felt empowered to mess up and have fun.” “Improv is PLAYING! I love making stuff up on the spot. I can feel a bit fake when I tap, so finding my voice and channeling what I want to say was really special.” “I was surprised I had the confidence inside to speak into a mic.” “Yes, I’d recommend it. It’s not just about voice — it’s a superpower that brings subconscious beliefs and dreams to the surface so you can actually work with them.” "Yes, I’d recommend it to a friend. To expand their confidence and explore their potential."
