In a highly anticipated move, hear why after 30 years Design Farm has decided now is the right time to launch a new furniture range WAX, and relocate their showroom to Fremantle. With ever-changing project pressures and a strong desire to offer meaningful sustainability, WAX is an offering full of optimism. With WA for Western Australia, and the X for collaboration, the first WAX release ‘Mallee’ by Jack Flanagan is a locally made series inspired by the Mallee tree’s unique flower. The new showroom too is a collaboration, with Fremantle-based studio Design Theory adapting a long-time vacant space to showcase Design Farm’s products and passion for design. Listen to Jack Flanagan, Jamie Washer (Design Farm) and Lisa Reeves (Design Theory) share the stories from behind these exciting initiatives and announce what is next for WAX. Doors open 4pm for 4.30pm start, light refreshments.
