Gardening Workshop: Dig into Healthy Ageing with LiveUp

In this workshop with healthy ageing initiative LiveUp, we'll explore the many benefits of gardening for healthy ageing and share practical strategies to help you continue gardening with confidence. Learn about assistive gardening products, adaptive tools, and simple ways to modify tasks and routines to reduce effort and support your wellbeing. Leave with ideas and resources that can help you enjoy gardening safely and comfortably at every stage of life. This educational workshop will be followed by a light morning tea with participants free to chat and enjoy the garden. Please bring your own keep cup.
