InnerDance Sound Journey

Dive deep into beats and vibes with InnerDance Sound Journey, let the music activates your energy body! INNERDANCE — THE FINAL JOURNEY OF THE YEAR ✨ What if you could simply lie down, close your eyes, and let your body do the rest? Innerdance is a guided inner journey combining breath, music, sound, stillness and gentle awareness to help you shift out of the constant thinking mind and reconnect with your body and inner experience. You don't need to know how to dance. You simply lie down, get comfortable, close your eyes and allow the experience to unfold. What you may experience: • Deep relaxation and nervous system regulation • A sense of emotional release and clarity • Deeper connection with your body and intuition • Reduced mental noise and stress • A meditative, dream-like state • Space to process, reset and reconnect with yourself The experience is different for everyone. There is nothing you need to achieve or “do” — just an invitation to slow down, listen inward and see what arises. 🌿 This will be our LAST INNERDANCE GATHERING OF 2026, so come join us for a special closing journey before the year comes to an end. No previous experience required. Just bring yourself, comfortable clothes and an open mind. ✨ Lie down. Close your eyes. Let the journey begin. #Innerdance #InnerdancePerth #Breathwork #SoundHealing #Healing #NervousSystemRegulation #SomaticHealing #Meditation #Embodiment #Mindfulness #SelfAwareness #EmotionalRelease #DeepRelaxation #ConsciousMovement #Wellbeing #PerthEvents #PerthWellness #PerthBreathwork #PerthHealing #InnerJourney #HolisticWellness #MentalWellbeing
