Whether you're a regular Pilates lover or completely new to the mat, you're welcome to attend. You'll be guided through the session by Kelly from Kelly's Wellness, with options to suit different fitness and experience levels. Wednesday 7th October - 70's Wednesday 14th October - 80's Wednesday 21st October - 90's Wednesday 28th October - 2000's Come to your favourite decade for $20 a class. Come to all 4 for $70!* Bring: Your Pilates/Yoga mat, water bottle. Feel free to dress for the occasion in your favourite band shirt from the decade and embrace the ROCKtober vibe!** Important information: • Please arrive 10–15 minutes before class if it’s your first session • Places are limited, so bookings are essential • Please let Kelly know before class if you have any injuries or physical limitations that may affect your participation • Participants should be able to safely get up and down from the floor independently *ROCKtober passes are valid for ROCKtober classes held during October 2026 only and cannot be carried over to other Kelly’s Wellness classes or used after October. ** Please ensure you wear comfortable suitable clothing you can move in.
