Who lives beneath the leaves, hides under logs or creeps through the garden? 🐛🔎 Join us for Mini Beasts & Curious Creatures, a playful nature session celebrating the tiny creatures that share our world. Children will investigate, observe and explore the fascinating world of mini beasts through sensory play, nature discovery, science, creativity and imaginative exploration. From tiny legs and delicate wings to webs, shells and wriggly bodies, there will be plenty to discover. Children can follow their curiosity at their own pace, with opportunities to look closely, sort, create, investigate habitats and discover how these tiny creatures live and grow. Activities are open-ended and adaptable, allowing younger children to explore through play while older children can extend their thinking through observation, questions and scientific discussion.
