Leave with a personalised vision board that reflects what truly matters to each of you? This is so much more than a vision board workshop. It’s not simply cutting and gluing pictures onto a board. This is a unique, guided mother-daughter experience facilitated by Helena, an experienced facilitator who will gently guide you through reflection, connection, intention-setting and creativity. Together, you’ll explore your Wheel of Life, reflecting on different areas of your lives and discovering what you would like to nurture, change, create or let go of. You’ll then be guided to turn those reflections into a personal vision for the year ahead — before bringing it to life through your own vision board. Throughout the morning, there will be intentional mother-daughter bonding activities woven into the experience — before, during and after the creative process. Your vision boards will become a visual expression of what is in your heart and your daughter’s heart — your dreams, values, hopes and intentions. And you won’t simply leave with something beautiful you’ve created.
