Move'n'Meditate at Melt

Move'n'Meditate at Melt Move your body | Move your mind Move. Breathe. Meditate. Reset. When was the last time you took an hour just for YOU? Join us at Melt Sauna & Plunge, in the heart of Subiaco, for an intimate movement and meditation experience designed to help you unwind, reconnect and reset. This isn't your typical yoga or fitness class. We'll begin with gentle, intentional movement, focusing on mobility, flexibility and releasing tension throughout the body. Then, we'll slow things down. Through guided meditation and breath awareness, you'll have the opportunity to settle your busy mind, reconnect with yourself and simply BE. Whether you're constantly on the go, find it difficult to switch off or simply want an hour to yourself, this space is for you. What to expect: • MOVE: Gentle mobility and flexibility exercises to release tension and reconnect with your body. • BREATHE: Take a moment to slow down and become aware of your breath. • MEDITATE: Experience guided meditation in a welcoming, relaxed environment. • CONNECT: Share a small, intimate space with like-minded people. Want to extend your experience? Make the most of your visit to Melt by enjoying their sauna and ice bath facilities before or after your Move'n'Meditate session. Please note: Sauna and ice bath access is not included in your Move'n'Meditate ticket. This is an optional extra, booked and paid for separately and directly through Melt Sauna & Plunge. No experience necessary! Never meditated before? Perfect. Not particularly flexible? No problem. Have a mind that never stops thinking? You're in the right place! You don't need to be flexible, experienced or know how to meditate. There's no pressure, no perfection and no expectation to stop your thoughts. Just come as you are. What to bring: • A water bottle to stay hydrated. • A journal and pen if you'd like to reflect on your experience. • If using Melt's sauna and ice bath facilities, please bring your bathers and a towel.
