Welcome to Off the Record, a dedicated event series for women in leadership in Perth, by Future Female Leaders, in partnership with NAB. Inspired by the spirit of asking the questions most people avoid, Off the Record: Beyond Gender Labels creates space for the conversations leaders are often expected to navigate quietly - the unfiltered ones, the uncomfortable ones, the ones that challenge how we think about identity, belonging and what it means to be fully ourselves. This time, we’re exploring gender identity, expression and the labels that can shape - and sometimes limit - how we move through the world. Through real stories and candid conversation, we’ll unpack what it means to live, lead and belong beyond traditional definitions. We’ll bring together a diverse panel ready to answer the spicy, thoughtful and challenging questions you’ve been holding onto - from assumptions and stereotypes to allyship, inclusion and the complexities of identity. Nothing is off the table. All questions are submitted anonymously by YOU, so there’s no holding back. Submit when you purchase your ticket, or via QR code on the night.
