Old Central Fire Station: Heritage Highlight Tours

Celebrate the 125th Anniversary of Old Central Fire Station! Step back in time and discover the stories behind one of Perth’s most treasured heritage buildings. Join one of our friendly volunteers for a Heritage Highlights Tour, where you'll uncover the people, stories and innovations that helped shape Western Australia's fire service. Tours run for approximately 30 minutes, and with each volunteer sharing their own knowledge and favourite stories, no two tours are ever quite the same. After your tour, take time to explore the neighbourhood with our award-winning Fireman Jack self-guided walking trail, a leisurely journey through the historic East End of Perth, told through the eyes of a retiring firefighter in 1930.
