Plan 2027: The Founder Mum Business Planning Workshop

PLAN 2027: The Founder Mum Business Planning Workshop Big goals. Real life. A business plan that fits both. You’ve got ideas for your business in 2027. Maybe too many ideas. 😂 You know you want to grow. You want to make more money. You want to feel clearer about where your business is heading. But between the ideas, the advice, the things you could be doing and the 47 tabs permanently open in your brain… it can be hard to work out what actually deserves your time and energy. Especially when you’re building that business around school runs, childcare, sick kids, family commitments and a life that doesn’t magically disappear because you have business goals. That’s exactly why I created PLAN 2027. A four-hour, in-person business planning workshop specifically for mums in business who want to head into 2027 with clarity, direction and a plan that actually fits their life. And you won’t be sitting in a room trying to figure it all out by yourself. I’ll be there to help you work through it. As a business coach for founder mums, I’ll help you cut through the noise, challenge the ideas that might not make sense for your capacity, help you think bigger where you’re playing small and bring you back to what actually matters for your business. Because sometimes you don’t need another Instagram post telling you what you “should” be doing. You need space to think and someone beside you helping you turn all those thoughts into an actual plan. During our four hours together, we’ll: ✨ Reflect on 2026 and take the lessons, wins and growth into your next year. ✨ Get clear on what you actually want your business and life to look like in 2027. ✨ Set realistic income goals and map them across the year. ✨ Look at your real capacity, including school holidays, family commitments and the seasons where business simply can't be the number-one priority. ✨ Map your business across all four quarters of 2027 so you can see the bigger picture. ✨ Choose your three biggest priorities instead of trying to do 27 things at once. ✨ Get specific about Q1 and what you're actually doing in your first 30 days. ✨ Build a backup plan for the weeks when mum-life inevitably throws the whole bloody plan sideways. 😂 But PLAN 2027 isn't just about the workbook. It's about the room, too. You'll be spending the morning alongside a small group of like-minded mums who are also building businesses around motherhood. There'll be time to talk. Share ideas. Ask questions. Hear what's working for someone else. Make connections. And potentially meet women who become clients, collaborators, referral partners, business friends or simply the people who finally get it when you talk about trying to run a business between school drop-off and pick-up. I want you to leave with a plan AND a bigger business community than you walked in with. You'll also receive your PLAN 2027 planning workbook to work through during the workshop and keep coming back to throughout the year. The goal? You walk in with ideas, goals, questions and “I know what I want… I just don't know how the hell I'm going to make it all happen.” You walk out with your 2027 mapped out. You'll know what you're working towards. You'll know what your year can realistically hold. You'll know your priorities. And most importantly, you'll know what you're doing first. This workshop is for you if… You're a mum running a business and you're ready to stop winging the year as it happens. You have big goals, but you don't want to achieve them by working every spare second you have. You want to make more intentional decisions about your business, your income and your time. You want someone there to help you work through the messy bits when you're not sure what makes sense. You'd love to meet other ambitious mums in business and build genuine connections with women who understand this season of life. And you'd really bloody love four uninterrupted hours to sit down, think about your business and properly plan what comes next. 😂 THE DETAILS 📅 Tuesday 10 November 2026 ☕ 9:30am — arrive, grab a cuppa + connect with other mums 📝 10:00am — PLAN 2027 workshop begins 🏁 2:00pm — finish Because obviously we're finishing in time for school pick-up. 😉 Your ticket includes your four-hour workshop, PLAN 2027 workbook + a little gift from me.
