Resourceful Women 'Breaking Beyond' Mining and Resources Careers and Employment Seminar

Breaking Beyond 2026 brings together women, men, employers and industry leaders to explore how we can create more opportunities for women in traditionally male-dominated industries and non-traditional roles. It’s your chance to get in the room with the people you need to meet! A future employer, potential employee, mentor, industry connection or someone who shares your commitment to creating change. Whether you’re entering the workforce, returning after a break, progressing your career or supporting change within your organisation, this seminar offers honest conversations, practical insights and valuable connections. Across five panels, we’ll explore AI and future skills, workforce re-entry, different industries, women’s health and wellbeing, and career progression. Hear personal stories, better understand the challenges women face, and discover practical ways to support participation, retention and advancement. For employers, leaders and male allies, it’s an opportunity to listen, learn and take away ideas to create positive change in your workplace. For women navigating their careers, it’s a chance to explore possibilities, find support and build connections that could open your next door. Join us on 6 November at The Camfield, Perth, for a day of learning, connection and shared action. We look forward to seeing you there!
