Rottnest Island Camping Trip

Join up to 20 other 18-35s, make lots of friends, swim, bike and see the quokkas on our overnight camping trip to Rottnest Island PERTH'S BIGGEST SOCIAL GROUP IS BACK YET AGAIN WITH A SPRING/SUMMER OF TRIPS AND EVENTS! linktr.ee/socialsocieties for our socials! We are off to Rotto for another incredible camping trip! Our trip includes overnight camping ground fees, snorkel and bike hire, return ferry journey and a choice of bbq food item (burger/veggie burger/ hot dog) whereas the ferry journey alone is known to be 140$ some days! Plus it is an insanely fun two days of exploring, games and getting to know your group. ITINERARY 9:15 AM - Meet at the B Shed Ferry Terminal in Fremantle for ferry check in. Do not be late, the ferry will leave precisely on time at 10AM. Your hosts will give you one luggage tag, do not lose this as it needs to stay visible on your bag for the return journey 10:30AM - We will arrive at Rottnest Island and need to check in. A member of your tent site will be required to give card details at reception, just in case there is any damage*. Usually they're pretty quick with bringing the luggage over to the tent site, so head over and put the rest of your stuff down then maybe do some exploring before setting up! 12PM - Meet your hosts at Pedal and Flipper bike hire to sign out and receive your bike and snorkel. You will have these for 24hrs :) 4PM - Meet back at the camp site where your hosts (and any of you that are kind enough to help) will be starting up the BBQ! DAY 2 8:30AM - Time to get up and pack everything away, it needs to be at the luggage collection point at 9AM to go back to the ferry 10AM - Breakfast at Frankie's as a group (optional, not included) 12PM - Meet at Pedal and Flipper to return equipment 2PM - Meet under bandstand near ferry point to prepare for ferry 2:30PM- Home time! :) You will be added to a WhatsApp group for further instructions , to meet your group and ask any questions <3 Please be aware we do NOT include tent/sleeping bags etc, you need your own camping equipment!
