Sew-In Day Session: Draw string bags for Pyjamas and Toiletries

Join us for our next Sew-In Day, a community initiative where sewing enthusiasts of all skill levels can come together, have a cuppa, get creative and give repurposed materials a new purpose. During this hands-on session, we’ll be creating drawstring bags for pyjamas and toiletries, which will be donated to Crisis Care through the Byford Uniting Church. Why join this Sew-In Day? • Repurpose textiles and materials that might otherwise go to waste. • Practise and develop your sewing skills. • Meet other members of the community in a friendly and welcoming environment. • Support a practical project that gives back to people in need. • Help extend the life of materials through reuse and upcycling. Whether you’re an experienced sewer or simply interested in getting involved, we’d love to have you join us. Can’t make it to this session? No problem — our Sew-In Day meets every month, with different upcycling projects and opportunities to get involved. Spaces are limited, so be sure to register and secure your spot!
