This Week's Invitation ✨ Letting Go of 2026 As the year draws to a close, this is an opportunity to slow down, turn inward and make space for whatever you're ready to leave behind. Perhaps 2026 has brought challenges, unexpected changes, lessons, or moments that have stayed with you longer than you'd like. Perhaps there are emotions you've been carrying, old patterns you're ready to loosen your grip on, or simply a feeling that it's time to clear some space for what's next. We'll begin with a gentle somatic movement experience, allowing you to reconnect with your body - there's no choreography and nothing to get right. Just an invitation to listen to your body and let it lead. From there, we'll move into the breathwork, creating space for whatever needs to be felt, acknowledged or released. And here's something I've learnt after holding space for hundreds of journeys... The breath has its own intelligence. You may arrive knowing exactly what you're ready to release. You may discover something you hadn't realised you were still carrying. Or you may simply find space to breathe, soften and be. Either way, you'll be met exactly where you are and invited into exactly the journey you're ready for. Alongside conscious connected breathing, I work with meditation, rhythm, drumming, shamanic tools and energy awareness to create a deeply held space where your own healing intelligence can unfold naturally. With only four participants, each person receives individual attention while still experiencing the unique power of breathing together in a small group. About Your Facilitator I'm a Shamanic Breathwork Facilitator with over 450 hours of training and more than 11 years of experience. I'm also a Professional Member and former Secretary of the Australian Breathwork Association.
