Shamanic Breathwork & Yoga Nidra

This session combines Conscious Breathwork and Shamanic practices to help the breather release old stories that are no longer serving them i use conscious connected breathwork techniques to guide breathers through the session. Breathers will gain more from setting an intention around something they'd like to release from their lives. We will begin the session with time to intention set before the breath. I will then use Shamanic practices to help guide breathers through the session. The aim is to help breathers move through their intention in order to attract what it is, their wanting in their lives. Spaces are limited as I've capped the numbers to ensure everyone is supported in the space. Bring: Yoga Mat Blanket Water bottle Eye mask and pillow are optional
