Soul Sundays . RELEASE and RENEW . November 22nd

This month, we dance the dance of Release and Renewal: Dissolving what's been, and stepping into what's to come. Our final Soul Sundays for the year lands on November 22nd. And it's a dual dance of Releasing and Renewal. It's an opportunity to drop into the ebb and flow of the dance and restore some vibrancy for the weeks ahead. ___________________________________ WHAT IS SOUL SUNDAYS?: A Conscious Dance Class facilitated with authenticity, humility and creativity. Each class explores a different theme through mindful movement and embodied dancing. It is rooted in the practice of Soul Motion: https://soulmotioninternational.com/, And draws inspiration from a love of music, a desire for growth and a reverence for life. Through collective and intentional movement we aim to shift energy, explore new expressions of the body, connect with our tribe and connect with our spirit.
