Spring Yoga Day Retreat

SPRING YOGA DAY RETREAT This one-day retreat is an opportunity to enjoy a day of gentle movement, wholesome food, and deep relaxation. Join me, Phoebe Phillips, for a beautiful day of yoga, vegan food, sound healing, and a restorative Yoga Nidra practice on the peaceful banks of the Derbal Yerrigan (Swan River). We will welcome the arrival of spring with a gentle Vinyasa Hatha flow designed to awaken the body to the warmth and energy of the new season. This will be followed with a sound healing experience by local musician Billie Rogers, a delicious vegan lunch and lastly a peaceful meditation.
