IMPORTANT INFORMATION & TERMS: Please arrive 15–20 minutes prior to session commencement for check-in. U JUMP reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to unsafe weather conditions, low attendance numbers, venue issues or unforeseen circumstances, including up to 60 minutes prior to the scheduled start time. If a session is cancelled by U JUMP, participants will be notified via email and/or SMS and offered a transfer or account credit for a future session.
