Your instructor will introduce you to the rebounder, explain the basic technique and guide you through the entire workout. No previous experience is needed. Beginners are always welcome, and every movement can be adjusted to suit your fitness level. Simply follow the instructor, move at your own pace and enjoy the experience. You only need to bring yourself and your energy! FIRST TIME?
