WA Poets Inc. Annual General Meeting 2026 Saturday 31 October 2026, 5:00–6:00 pm AWST The Wetlands Centre Cockburn 184 Hope Road, Bibra Lake WA 6163 Join WA Poets Inc. for its 2026 Annual General Meeting, held in person and online via Microsoft Teams. The AGM will be followed immediately by the first meeting of the newly elected committee, from 6:00–7:00 pm AWST. The committee meeting is a separate session for incoming committee members. Please RSVP RSVP through Humanitix to help us plan attendance and seating. Venue capacity is limited, so entry without an RSVP depends on space available. Read the draft 2025 AGM minutes (PDF) Who can attend? Current WA Poets Inc. members may attend, speak and vote according to their membership rights under the Rules of Association. Eligible voting members may vote. Observers are welcome, subject to venue capacity, but cannot vote. Please RSVP to assist with attendance and quorum planning. Proxies and apologies If you cannot attend, you may appoint another eligible WA Poets Inc. member to speak and vote on your behalf. Please return the signed proxy form by Friday 30 October 2026, 6:00 pm AWST where possible. Signed proxy appointments may also be handed to the Secretary before the AGM begins.
