2027 NBYT Young Adult Short Play Festival

🎭 Northern Beaches Youth Theatre Presents: Back by popular demand... A matinee and evening of plays written by young adults and performed, directed, produced and stage managed by local youth. After the success of our inaugural young adult short play festival, we have been begged to do it again and Northern Beaches Council have sealed the deal with sponsorship. ✨ Step into a world of fresh voices, big ideas, and fearless creativity. The NBYT YA Short Play Festival celebrates the next generation of theatre-makers from across the Northern Beaches (and some plays even travelled oceans to be here). With a dynamic line-up of original short plays written, performed, and directed by young artists. From laugh-out-loud comedy to deeply moving explorations of friendship, identity, and growing up, each play offers a powerful glimpse into the hearts and minds of youth who have something to say, and the courage to say it. 📍 Mona Vale Performance Space 🗓️ Saturday 30th January 🕑 1:00pm Matinee | 5:00pm Evening Performance 🎟️ Tickets on sale now! Come celebrate our local talent and support emerging artists as they take the stage. NBYT is a not-for-profit community youth theatre so your contributions matter and are so appreciated.
