USER&rsquo;s electro-post-punk, imagine Portishead being whipped by NIN, is complemented by All India Radio&rsquo;s atmospheric instrumental soundscapes, evoking the guitar twang of Ennio Morricone, the moodiness of David Lynch, and intensity of Mogwai.
