Antenatal aqua aerobics classes - coming soon

Stay active, feel good and meet other mums-to-be along the way! Our antenatal aqua aerobics classes are a fun, safe and low-impact way to keep moving throughout your pregnancy. The buoyancy of the water supports your growing body, while gentle exercise can help maintain fitness, reduce swelling and promote healthy circulation. Led by our maternity-specialised physiotherapists, each small and personal class has a maximum of 10 participants, giving you plenty of support. As part of your Fully Bundled maternity package, you have access to four classes, which can be used anytime from booking through to six months after your baby is born.
