Be Hear Now Ambient Sound Journey Experience Sydney

Be Hear Now presents a 5 hour ambient sound journey experience at Rikota Studios in Marrickville. When you enter the space you’ll be welcomed by a warm down ambient set by The Silent Teaching. You're welcome to bring along anything you may wish to do while listening... such as draw, crochet, make art, read or write, and low level conversation is ok. Afterwards, as we re-enter back into the default world, you are welcome to hang around to listen, chat and share your experience while The Silent Teaching returns to the decks to chart a gentle sonic course of bring you back. There will be soft cushions and rugs for you to lay down on, with decor courtesy of Leisure Disco Decor, and feel free to bring anything else you might need to make yourself comfortable... yoga mats, pillows, bolster, eye mask, blankets, tea, whatever you like. If you wish, you can also bring something special to place on the altar at the front of the space for the duration of the experience. No entry after 5:30pm to ensure an uninterrupted sound bath experience. Silence is expected as everyone lays down for the journey, and please remember to turn off your phone as you enter the space. Set times: 4-6pm: Ambient warm down with The Silent Teaching 6-7.30pm: Sound bath DJ set with Phil Smart 7.30-9pm: Gentle re-entry with The Silent Teaching *Original background artwork by @mysterreyy
