Breastfeeding Education for Pregnant Women with Diabetes 24th September 2026

About this event The Breastfeeding education sessions for pregnant women with diabetes at Western Sydney Local Health District and Westmead Hospital (ABN: 48 702 394 764) run weekly on Thursdays for one and a half hours from 12:00 noon to 1:30 pm. This FREE program is only available for women giving birth at Westmead Hospital. This breastfeeding workshop is designed to give you the correct information about diabetes, gestational diabetes and breastfeeding your baby. A member of the lactation team is the facilitator. This program will provide additional information not provided in other breastfeeding programs. We recommend booking our Positive Breastfeeding class or free Breastfeeding Information Session.
