Join Dr Kirsten Hannan, Osteopath and International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) from Body of Life, for a practical and supportive session exploring breastfeeding from both a lactation and osteopathic perspective. The session will cover: • Positioning and attachment • Recognising feeding cues and understanding feeding patterns • Common latch and breastfeeding concerns • How your baby’s comfort, movement and body function may affect feeding • Practical adjustments that may make feeding more comfortable • Understanding when further lactation or clinical support may be helpful • Time to ask Kirsten your questions This is a relaxed, educational and judgement-free session for mums at any stage of their breastfeeding journey—whether feeding is going well, you are experiencing challenges or you simply have questions.
