Chanukah 2026: Shabbat Shelanu Dinner Hosted by Rabbi Jacqueline Ninio

Join us around the table this Shabbat Project weekend for a special Chanukah edition of our Shabbat Shelanu communal dinners, hosted by Rabbi Jacqueline Ninio OAM. It’s a chance to share a meal, connect with one another and experience together the peace and blessings of Shabbat, by the light of the first Chanukah candle. During the evening, we will also honour our ES Ambassadors, whose generous and heartfelt work strengthens every corner of our community. Nora’s Kitchen will lovingly prepare a delicious pescatarian dinner. Please enter any dietary requirements at checkout. Some beverages (water, grape juice, etc.) will be provided, but please BYO wine and other drinks to share with your table. We expect high demand for seats, so if you would like to attend, please book your spot promptly. Accessibility of our offerings is of paramount importance to us. To remove any financial barrier to attending, we are offering pay-what-you-can tickets – whatever your circumstances, we want you at the table with us. And, if you are in a position to do so, please consider sponsoring a seat for someone who would value the company this Chanukah. SECURITY Given the current climate, heightened security measures will be in place, and you may be asked to present your photo ID at the gate. We ask that you remain patient and respectful as our dedicated guards work hard to keep us safe. To stay informed about future events and other cultural programs at Emanuel, follow us on Instagram and Facebook and subscribe to our newsletter. We delight in celebrating our rich and diverse culture with you.
