To drop out of the noise and into the body. To move, feel, melt and receive. To remember what it feels like to be held by sound, by presence, by a room full of humans willing to meet themselves a little more deeply. There is nothing to achieve here. Nothing to perform. Just an invitation to arrive as you are, let the body speak, and allow yourself to be carried somewhere beneath the thinking mind. A journey into sensation, connection and sound.
