Dancing Freedom with Marta An invitation to come home to your body. This is a semi-guided somatic dance experience. A space to soften what you have been holding, listen to what your body has been trying to say, and move through life with more ease and aliveness. We begin in circle. A moment to arrive, land in the room, and set an intention for the dance. From there, a gentle warm up to wake the body and shake off the day. Then you are guided into a one hour dance journey, carried by a curated wave of music moving through the elements: Earth Water Fire Air Ether Each phase invites a different quality of movement and expression. Emotions get to move. Stagnant energy gets to shift. Your body gets to be heard. We land the journey with a sound healing. You lie down, let the sound hold you, and let everything you moved melt and settle back in. We close with a grounding integration and an optional sharing circle, so there is space to be seen, heard and connected. Afterwards, food and drinks. Stay a while, share a plate, meet the people you just danced beside. Connection does not end when the music stops. This is more than a dance. It is a community experience. A space to move freely, feel safely, and reconnect not only with yourself but with others walking a similar path. No dance experience needed. No right way to move. Just come as you are.
