DREAMSCAPE An immersive 9D breathwork journey through light, frequency and sound. Friday 23 October 2026 · Westfield Sydney · 6pm and 7pm sessions · Strictly 20 people per session Normally, 9D Breathwork moves through nine layered dimensions. For Dreamscape, we're adding one more: light. Step into a dark room lit entirely by floor-to-ceiling projection. Light moves across every surface around you, sound is layered nine dimensions deep, and the space shifts with you rather than around you, so the experience feels like it's happening in more than one dimension at once. You lie back on your mat. Your breath leads. The room does the rest. No experience is needed. If you've never tried breathwork, this is a beautiful place to begin. If you have, you've never done it like this. WHAT TO EXPECT Dreamscape is a 60 minute guided journey. You'll be held through a structured breathing pattern that activates, then settles, the body, while the floor to ceiling light projection moves around you. Nine layered elements work together: • Binaural beats: two tones, one per ear, guiding your brainwaves into deep rest. • Isochronic tones: evenly pulsed sound reinforcing the same calming rhythm. • Solfeggio frequencies: ancient tuning frequencies shaping the emotional tone of the room. • 432Hz music: a gentler reference pitch, chosen for its effect on the nervous system. • NLP: language woven beneath the soundtrack to reinforce steadiness. • Somatic release: a safe container for emotion held in the body to finally move. • Guided breathwork: a structured breathing pattern that activates, then settles, the body. • Trauma-informed facilitation: held by facilitators trained to keep the room safe at every depth. • Immersive multi-sensory design: light, sound and space, built together as one experience. SESSION TIMES • Session 1: 6:00pm to 7:00pm • Session 2: 7:00pm to 8:00pm Each session is strictly limited to 20 people. With only 40 spots across the night, this is expected to sell out. WHAT TO BRING AND WEAR • Arrive 5 minutes early so you can settle in before we begin. • Mats are provided. You're welcome to bring a water bottle or a pillow for extra comfort. • Wear something comfortable and loose. • This session is 18+.
