Drum Journey with Anna Grace A Drum Journey with Anna Grace A drum journey is an invitation to slow down, go inward and reconnect with the part of you that already knows. I create a calm, sacred space where you can lie back, close your eyes and allow the steady rhythm of the drum to carry you into a deeper state of relaxation and awareness. The drum becomes a heartbeat. The mind begins to soften. The body has space to settle. And something deeper begins to emerge. You may experience vivid imagery, memories, emotions, sensations or simply a profound sense of stillness. There is nothing you need to make happen. You don't need to be experienced in meditation or spiritual practice. You simply listen, breathe and allow yourself to be guided. My journeys weave together drumming, meditation, visualisation, elemental energy and intuitive guidance, creating a space where you can release what you're carrying and reconnect with your own inner wisdom. There may be moments of stillness, moments of emotion, unexpected insights or beautiful symbolic imagery. And sometimes, nothing dramatic happens at all. Sometimes the medicine is simply resting deeply enough to hear yourself again. I see the drum journey as a threshold — a space between the outer world and your inner world. A place to put down the roles, responsibilities and noise for a little while. To come back to your body. To reconnect with your intuition. To listen. To receive. And to remember that the answers you are seeking are often already within you. You don't have to know where the journey will take you. You just have to be willing to enter. Come as you are. Lie down. Breathe. Listen to the drum. And let yourself journey inward.
