Electronic Odyssey Breathwork - Sydney

Deep breathwork set to live melodic house and techno. A nervous system reset for the dancefloor crowd. No experience needed. Two hours of guided breathwork, built entirely around sound. This is my first Sydney session, held in a room styled by Leisure Disco Decor, warm textures and considered detail, built for people to actually sink into rather than sit stiffly through. Music guides the breath here, not the other way around. As the energy builds through the session, so does the sound, until you're moving through something closer to feeling than thinking. We'll close with a full hour of integration, space to properly land and sit with whatever surfaced before you step back outside. Facilitated by Nick, osteopath and breathwork facilitator, bringing a clinical understanding of the nervous system into every session.
