With extensive experience in general practice, Ayurvedic medicine, yoga and meditation, Dr Shaun will share insights into how Ayurvedic principles, nutrition and lifestyle practices can complement conventional medical care and support a more balanced approach to health and wellbeing. Drawing on his clinical experience and teaching in Ayurveda, he will explore gentle, practical ways to nurture the body and mind during treatment, recovery and beyond. The Embracing Life Workshop program has been thoughtfully created by Life Force Cancer Foundation to support people throughout their cancer treatment and recovery journey. These mind-body workshops combine educational sessions with complementary therapies, including sound, meditation, art and movement, providing a welcoming space to connect, learn, reflect and explore additional ways to support your wellbeing.
