A two-hour immersive experience blending energy healing, Reiki, Kundalini, sound and meditation to help you pause, release and reconnect. ENERGY RESET A space to pause, release and reconnect There are times when the body knows we need to slow down long before the mind is willing to admit it. We continue working, caring, thinking and carrying our responsibilities, yet underneath it all - we may feel tired, overwhelmed, disconnected or unable to switch off. Energy Reset is a two-hour immersive group healing experience created to help you step away from the noise, come back into your body and reconnect with yourself. Held in a nurturing sacred space in Newtown, this experience brings together energy healing, Reiki, sound, meditation and gentle Kundalini-inspired energy work. You do not need any previous experience, and there is nothing you need to achieve or perform. Simply arrive as you are and allow yourself to receive. WHAT YOU MAY EXPERIENCE Every person experiences energy healing differently. You may feel warmth, tingling, movement, emotion, deep relaxation or simply a sense of stillness. Some people receive clarity. Others feel a release of tension or emotion. Some enter a deeply meditative state and experience very little conscious thought. There is no right or wrong way to experience the session. The energy meets you where you are and works with what you need in that moment. DURING OUR TIME TOGETHER, YOU WILL BE GUIDED THROUGH: • Grounding and intention setting • Gentle breath awareness and guided meditation • Reiki and intuitive energy healing • Kundalini-inspired energy work • Sound healing with Tibetan bowls and other instruments • Quiet integration and self-reflection The session will include both seated and lying-down practices. You are always welcome to adjust your position, rest or quietly step outside if you need space. This experience is open to both beginners and those who are already familiar with energy work. WHAT TO BRING Please bring: • A yoga mat • A small pillow and blanket • A water bottle • A journal and pen, if you would like to record any insights • Warm, comfortable clothing that allows you to sit and lie down easily Please arrive between 2:45 pm and 2:55 pm so you have time to settle into the space.
