FoBBB Community Meeting | Lessons from 25 Years of Cabbage Tree Bay

Join Friends of Bongin Bongin Bay for a special afternoon of community conversation, reflection and planning as we look to one of Sydney’s great local marine conservation success stories — Cabbage Tree Bay. Almost 25 years on, what can its journey teach us about protecting Bongin Bongin Bay and creating a thriving saltwater community for generations to come? FoBBB President Greg Pride will lead a panel conversation bringing together four unique perspectives spanning the past, present and future of marine conservation. Together, we’ll explore what worked, what has been learned over almost 25 years and how those lessons can help shape the future of Bongin Bongin Bay. Come along, join the conversation and help us continue building a community that cares for and protects the extraordinary ocean in our backyard.
