Ever wondered what goes on before the gelato hits the cabinet? Come snoop around Messinaville. This tour takes you inside our Messina Marrickville Factory, aka the source of every scoop. You’ll wander the factory floor, meet the machines doing the heavy lifting, and see how we make things like our gelato bases, dulce de leche and other incredibly delicious items from scratch. You’ll also swing past the test kitchen and chocolate room, where the R&D team and chocolatiers experiment and create each and every one of our incredible products. Of course there will be plenty of examples being referenced and it would be rude not to let you taste them. It’s part factory tour, part food-nerd deep dive, part taste-testing heaven and part “wait… you make that from scratch too?”.
