With the city lights setting the scene, we’ll head into The Rocks to join the Halloween festivities at the Ghost Festival! 👻 Expect eerie sights, spooky surprises, incredible costumes and plenty of laughs as we soak up the atmosphere and explore everything the festival has to offer. But the night doesn’t end there!
