HCAA November 2026 Sydney General Meeting

Our HCAA November September 2026 General Meeting will be held on Monday 09 November 2026, commencing 6.30pm at 12-Micron, Barangaroo, Sydney. Please note, this event is on a Monday night. Event information is still to be confirmed, but please feel free to save the date and book your ticket in advance, knowing it will be an information filled event. 6pm: Doors open 6:30pm sharp: General Meeting opens 6.35pm: Presidents welcome and report 6.50pm: General Meeting closes 7pm: Regular Update Sydney Water update If you have any questions for Sydney Water, please email them to Emily by Monday 02 November. 7.10pm: Innovation Presentation: TBC 7.20pm-7.40pm Presenter: Daniel Guihot, Bromic Topic: Designing Hot Water Systems Around Demand: Centralised, Decentralised and Point of Use Applications Daniel will be sharing where different hot water approaches make sense across commercial and multi-res applications, including distribution losses, low use fixtures, electrical considerations, storage vs instantaneous and where point of use systems can be a practical design option. 7.50pm-8.10pm Presenter: AHSCA WA President Robin Taylor and AHSCA member Steve Wright Topic: Sanitary drainage gradients research project 8.30pm: Meeting closes and time to socialise Please note venue details for this event: Please use the Watermans Quay entrance to get to Level 2, 12-Micron - there will be event signage on the night. DIRECTIONS Additional information: Food and drinks will be provided please let us know if you have any dietary requirements. Bookings will close on Monday 02 November or earlier if venue reaches capacity. You need to attend on the night to get your CPD points not just register. This event is for HCAA members only. Any guests wishing to attend can purchase tickets at a non-member cost and must be approved by the Committee, please enquire via email. Transport and parking: 12-Micron is located within a short walking distance to Wynyard Train station or Barangaroo Metro. You will also find a Wilson Car Park at 321 Kent Street (entrance via 86 Sussex Street) or King Street Wharf Secure Parking at 1 Shelley Street.
