Full description from organizerShow less
Hilltops has always been one of NSW’s most quietly exciting wine regions — high country, cool nights and producers who know how to coax plenty of character from the place. On Halloween, FIX is giving the table over to five of them for one generous Saturday-night dinner. We’ll start with canapés and bubbles, moving through textural whites and spice driven reds. The producers currently joining us are Ballinaclash, Barwang Wines, Freeman Vineyards, Grove Estate and Trandari. The planned wine line-up includes: • Barwang Impromptu Sparkling Chardonnay 2023 • Freeman Prosecco 2024 • Trandari Rosé 2026 • Ballinaclash Sarah Fiano 2024 • Grove Estate Pecorino 2025 • Ballinaclash Ned Touriga Nacional 2022 • Freeman Nebbiolo 2023 • Barwang Shiraz 2022 • Grove Estate Montepulciano 2022 The full menu and final wine pairings are still being polished and will be added shortly. Your $135 ticket covers canapés, four courses and matched Hilltops wines. Costumes are optional. Curiosity is strongly encouraged.
