Full description from organizerShow less
Join our Holy Object Care Meet-Up Meeting Monthly Holy objects such as statues, stupas and prayer wheels remind us of the Buddha, Dharma and Sangha, inspiring our minds towards wisdom and compassion. Caring for them is traditionally regarded as a powerful practice that creates merit and helps maintain these precious supports for practice for future generations. Join us as we come together to respectfully clean and care for the holy objects around Vajrayana Institute. Whether you're new to the centre or have been part of the community for many years, this is a wonderful opportunity to contribute, practice together, and help keep our grounds beautiful. No experience is necessary, and all cleaning materials and guidance will be provided. Everyone is welcome. Tea, coffee and biscuits provided!
